Bangiya Naba Unmesh Prathamik Shiksak Sangha

Bangiya Naba Unmesh Prathamik Shiksak Sangha is a Primary Teachers Association affiliated to Akhil Bharatiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh. Though the primary object of this organization is to look after teacher’s salaries, allowances and other benefits through out West Bengal, but it is working towards the overall development of the education sector on the basis of Indian culture, heritage and tradition. The association also involved in various social welfare activities to build up a healthy relationship with the community.
Although it started its journey in1992 under the leadership of Hon’ble Mukunda Kulkarni-ji, it was formalized through registration on 26th July, 1994 (Registration No. S/77515 of 1994-95).

[Education is for the benefit of the country, Teacher is for the benefit of Education and Society is for the improvement of teacher.]

Other name of Education is Consciousness. A person when engages himself for the benefit of family, Society and overall country progress, then and then only he is regarded as a man full of conscious i.e. education in real education and for that purpose beginning of education is for progress of country, service of Country, all kinds of development of the mother land, so education is for country purpose.

A real teacher is cordially connected with education. Service of a teacher is not only for earning of lively hood but pure duty of a teacher is to show the society the correct direction by enlighting himself with the light of pure education also.  Life of a teacher is a prayer. So a teacher is bound for the progress of education and for establishment of education in the society. A teacher is the maker of man. So a teacher is for the benefit of education.

When a teacher can show the society by sacrificing his life little by little for the benefit of education, then the society must come forward for the good news of him. When a teacher establish himself as a real friend of the society, then the society cannot place him far away , the society cannot ignore him, the society shall save him from all kinds of trouble by taking him in the lap and so the society is for the improvement of the teacher.

রাষ্ট্র হিতে শিক্ষা

শিক্ষার অপর নাম চেতনা। একজন ব্যক্তি যখন ব্যক্তি, পরিবার, সমাজ, সর্বোপরি রাষ্ট্রের কল্যাণে নিজেকে সম্পূর্ণ নিয়োজিত করেন তখন সে প্রকৃত চৈতন্যযুক্ত অর্থাৎ প্রকৃত শিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত বলে বিবেচিত হন। তাই রাষ্ট্রের কল্যাণ, রাষ্ট্রের সেবা, রাষ্ট্রের সর্বাঙ্গীণ উন্নতি সাধনের জন্য শিক্ষার সূচনা, তাই রাষ্ট্র হিতে শিক্ষা।

শিক্ষা হিতে শিক্ষক

শিক্ষার সঙ্গে সম্পূর্ণ একাত্ম সম্পূর্ণ ওতপ্রোত হবেন একজন প্রকৃত শিক্ষক। শিক্ষকতার কাজ শুধু জীবিকা অর্জনের জন্য নয়, নিজের জীবনকে শিক্ষার আলোয় আলোকিত করে সমাজকে দিশা দেখানোই একজন শিক্ষকের প্রকৃত কর্তব্য। শিক্ষকের জীবন হল একটা ব্রত। তাই শিক্ষার হিতের জন্য, শিক্ষার উন্নতির জন্য, শিক্ষাকে সমাজে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করার জন্য শিক্ষক দায়বদ্ধ। একজন শিক্ষকই মানুষ নির্মাণের কারিগর। তাই শিক্ষার হিতে শিক্ষক।

একজন শিক্ষক যখন শিক্ষার হিতে নিজের জীবনকে তিল তিল করে ধূপের মতো উৎসর্গ করার দৃষ্টান্ত তৈরী করেন, স্বাভাবিক ভাবেই সমাজ তখন সেই শিক্ষকের কল্যাণে এগিয়ে আসবে। একজন শিক্ষক যখন সমাজের প্রকৃত বন্ধু হিসাবে নিজেকে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করেন সমাজ তাকে দূরে রাখতে পারে না; অবজ্ঞা করতেও পারবে না, একান্ত আপন করে তাঁকে রক্ষা করবে। তাই শিক্ষকের হিতে সমাজ।
